Distressing life events and traumas deeply impact a person’s ability to feel good about themselves, others, and the world they live in. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and utilize EMDR as a support to overcome issues related to distressing life experiences and traumatic events to live more fully in the present.
